This incident affected: Workforce Analytics (US, Canada, Europe) and Visier People (US, Canada, Europe).
On 2019-11-20, the methodology for reporting system status updates on this site was updated to improve usability. As a result of this update, periods prior to the date of the change may display a default message of “no incidents reported” even if minor issues were experienced.
